I've played a lot of poker over the years, both online and live and this is a joke. It's just a money spinner hiding behind a big name. It happens far to often for it to be anything other than a scam. It may let you win a few small hands here and there but once you bet big it will clear you out whatever the odds. Smaller hands win bigger hands lose. Just a tip for you guys if you fancy getting robbed. What's the point of this thread? Shall we make another thread for every other country where the app hasn't been launched yet? LOL, what are you expecting them to tell you? Believe it or not, there are likely a lot of hurdles to overcome in every country.
And I wouldn't be surprised at all if it never comes to Canada on Stars, seeing as the vast majority of the population lives on the border with the US and thus has the possibility of roaming on to US networks. Add in the potential for Americans to try to use the service, if I were Stars, Canada is one of the last countries I'd be going after.
Also, I'm not sure what "Online poker is legal in Canada" has to do with anything. Do you think Canada is the only country outside of the UK and Italy the only places they offer this now that allows online poker?

OP delt with it in a retarded way IMO. The issue at hand here has nothing to do with Stars, and everything to do with Apple at the current point in time. This is the only thing that is holding operators back from launch their client in Apple's app store.
